Aly Suite Google Calendar Integration

What the integration does

• Displays connected calendar and scheduling information inside the authorized customer's Aly Suite workspace.
• Creates Google Calendar events for service appointments confirmed in Aly Suite.
• Updates or cancels the corresponding event when an authorized user reschedules or cancels an appointment.
• Keeps appointment dates, times, time zones, locations and attendees consistent across both systems.

Google data Aly Suite requests

Aly Suite requests access only after an authorized user chooses to connect Google Calendar. Depending on the permissions approved, the integration accesses calendar identifiers, calendar names and time zones; event start and end times; free/busy status; event titles, descriptions and locations; attendee details; and OAuth tokens used to maintain the authorized connection.

Why Aly Suite uses this data

This data is used solely to provide scheduling and appointment synchronization requested by the customer. Aly Suite does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Access is not used for any unrelated purpose.

Who can connect a calendar

Only an authorized user of a customer workspace can initiate the connection. Calendar data is made available only within that customer's workspace to users the customer has authorized.

Disconnecting and deleting data

Users can revoke access from Google Account permissions or ask their Aly Suite workspace administrator to disconnect the calendar. To request deletion of Google Calendar connection data, email [email protected].
